Continuing Legal Education

Licensed attorneys in Minnesota are required to continue their education throughout their careers. The mandatory continuing legal education requirement was established by the Minnesota Supreme Court, which has the power to regulate the practice of law in Minnesota. General information, current rules and a list of all University of Minnesota Law School seminars approved for CLE credit are available from the Minnesota Board of Continuing Legal Education.

A Conversation with Cristosal Human Rights: forced migration, the rise of authoritarianism, and combating corruption in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

Hosted by the Advocates for Human Rights, Binger Center for New Americans and the Human Rights Center, join us for a conversation with Cristosal Human Rights, a northern Central American human rights organization. Traveling from El Salvador, Cristosal staff will share about the current political realities in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. The discussion will also center on the issues of forced migration, the rise of authoritarianism, and combating corruption.
