Reinstall Printers on Computers

In some rare cases, you may need to reinstall printers when the installed printers do not work.

Step 1: Uninstall the printers

For Mac Computers

  1.  Locate “PaperCut Print Deploy Client” from Finder->Applications
  2.  Click “Uninstall.Command”

For Windows computers

  1. Locate “PaperCut Print Deploy Client” from Settings -> Apps & Features.
  2. Select  “PaperCut Print Deploy Client” and Click “Uninstall”

Step 2: Install the printers

Follow the installation instructions for Mac or Windows computers.
