Transition to New Voicemail System by December 11, 2015

Follow this complete guide on making the transition before the December 11 deadline.

• Employees with current voicemail service need to fill out this Voicemail Request Form before December 11, 2015
• Once the transition is complete, employees should follow the instructions here to set up their mailbox.
• Employees will be sent a voicemail message informing them of what they need to do each week leading up to the change date.

After December 11, 2015, employees should contact OIT with phone and/or voicemail questions.
