Mr. Ahmed graduated from the University of Cairo, receiving an English and Arabic law degree. Since then, he has worked as an attorney in both Egypt and Qatar. In Qatar, he served as corporate in-house counsel for the Gulf United Company. Mr. Ahmed has a special interest in corporate law.

Nigeria
Ms. Akre received her law degree from the Nigerian Law School. Since then, she has worked with the University of Maiduguri, Borno State (NYSC) and served as a senior executive assistant in Zenith Bank PLC, Nigeria. Ms. Akre has a special interest in business law.

Turkey
Mr. Aktan earned his law degree from Istanbul University. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Law from Galatasaray University. He also worked as a senior lawyer at Kural Law Firm, focusing on litigation. He also served as the sole attorney and consultant for Koc University. Mr. Aktan plans to specialize in business law and policy.
Mr. Nail Almabayev
Kazakhstan
Mr. Almabayev received his law degree from the Kazakh State University of Law and has worked in government ever since. He served as head of the Ministry in Finance's Tax Committee and currently serves the President of Kazakhstan as the head of the Private and International Law Division. After completing his LL.M., he plans to continue to work as a public servant.

Ms. Andrina earned her law degree from the University of Indonesia. After receiving her degree, she worked at a boutique law firm specializing in oil and gas law. She currently works as a corporate lawyer at Mochtar Karuwin Komar Attorneys at Law. Ms. Andrina has a special interest in business and energy law.

Ms. Chayanuwat earned her LL.B. at Assumption University in Thailand. She is currently earning a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law at New York University. In addition, she worked at the Trigroup Rajchada Limited Company in Thailand as a business lawyer. Ms. Chayanuwat has a strong interest in intellectual property law.

Ms. De Souza Lobo Pacheco earned her LL.B. from Rio de Janeiro State University in 2009. After law school, she was an associate attorney at Araujo e Policastro Advogados and worked on legal operations involving construction of transmission lines and thermo plants in Brazil, including elaboration of agreements and the financial structure of investments related to infrastructure and logistics projects, issues related to shares and debentures, negotiation of shareholders agreements, and incorporation of companies. She hopes to focus on business law.
Ms. (Judy) Lijuan Feng

Ms. Feng earned her LL.B. from Shan Xi University of Finance and Economics and went on to get her LL.M. from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. She taught international business law at HuaXia Institute of East China Normal University. She worked as a junior associate at the Shanghai offices of Linklaters LLP and currently is a legal consultant at Faegre & Benson LLP.
Ms. Yubing Gao

Ms. Gao earned her LL.B. at China University of Political Science and Law and also studied as an exchange student at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand majoring in Law & Politic. While in law school, she was a member of Legal Clinic of Juvenile Delinquency, and she interned at the Puyang Intermediate People's Court and worked as a lawyer's assistant in Zhuocheng Law Firm. Mr. Gomez received his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He later earned a Master's degree in International Contract Law from the Universidad de los Andes. Mr. Gomez has taught classes as a lecturer at the Universidad Javeriana, Universidad del Rosario, and the Universidad de la Sabana. He has worked as a corporate attorney in Columbia for many years, most currently as a partner at Gomez, Latorre & Associates.

Ms. Han earned her LL.B. from Beijing Jiaotong University. She worked as a law clerk in the Beijing Chongwen District People's Court and currently works as a legal assistant at Beijing Shente Law Firm, assisting with various legal issues.

Ms. Kachin earned her LL.B. and her LL.M. from Thammasat University. Ms. Kachin worked as a lawyer at Kitt & Murray International Counselor in Law and later at Kachin International Law Office. Currently, she serves as a judge at Pattani Provincial Court Juvenile and Family Division, adjudicating civil, criminal, and family law cases.

Mr. Kim graduated from Yonsei University and the Judicial Research and Training Institute in Korea. He served as a government attorney in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, where he took an active role in the Korea-US FTA negotiations and worked as an associate attorney focusing on international litigation cases for P&I clubs in England at a law firm in Korea. Based upon these experiences, he has dealt with numerous cross-border M&A transactions and prepared antitrust guidelines for many years.

He went on to earn a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law of England and Wales. He is also a member of Amnesty International and the World Wildlife Foundation.

Ms. Lee began her legal career by working as a patent attorney for Central International Law Firm in Seoul. She also worked for Wonjon Patent and Law Firm where she prosecuted foreign patent applications. She has acquired an expertise in electronics, electrical engineering, material engineering and computer science legal issues.

Mr. Liu received his law degree from Beijing Normal University (BNU). As a student he participated in an exchange with California State University, San Bernardino. Ms. Qin studied law at Guangzi University. She also worked as a legal consultant in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Legal Aid Center. Ms. Qin has also worked as a foreign teacher's assistant, a volunteer interpreter, and worked in the United States through the "Summer, Working and Travel" program.
