Technology Support
The Law School's technology support is aligned with the University of Minnesota's central Technology Help service which is available 24/7. Please direct your technology requests and inquiries to the Technology Help service; the staff there will either assist you or get you in contact with someone who can help.
There are many ways you can receive help with your technology questions:
- Submit a Technology Help Request (login required).
- Chat online by visiting any it.umn.edu page, looking for the floating “Goldie” chat icon on the bottom right, and clicking on it to start.
- Visit Blegen Hall 90 (West Bank).
- Call 612-301-4357
- Email [email protected] *
- Use Self-Help Resources
- See IT Service Status
For details, check out the updated How to Get Technology Help page.
* If your question is related to technology or facilities specific to the Law School, be sure to mention this, especially with email inquiries. This way general Technology Help staff will be able to direct your inquiry to the proper support team more quickly.
