Human Rights Library
Welcome to the online Human Rights Library at the University of Minnesota Law School. This digital library contains thousands of human rights materials and resources from around the world that are free and accessible to everyone.
This unique resource was established in the 1990s at a time when very few materials were available electronically. Scholars, students, advocates, and the media have been able to use the Human Rights Library as a resource for almost thirty years.
