Shawn Webb is a managing attorney for the First District Public Defender's Office. Previously he served as a managing attorney for the Hennepin County Public Defender's Office and a member of the MN Public Defender's Trial Team where he handled complex and high-profile trials with novel forensic or scientific issues around the entire state. Mr. Webb trains, mentors, and co-counsels trials with less experienced public defenders, he teaches at the MN Public Defender's Trial Institute, and recruits, trains, and supervises law student practitioners for all of the MN public defender offices.
