Amanda J. Matchett is a seasoned technology attorney and strategic advisor, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Miro, where she leads complex technology transactions and advises on AI governance, privacy, and product counseling for one of the world’s leading visual collaboration platforms.
Amanda brings over a decade of in-house legal experience, having held roles at top enterprise software companies including Workday, Anaplan, and Infor, with deep expertise in SaaS, healthcare, and public sector contracting. She is a recognized leader in AI and emerging technologies, holding certifications in Privacy and AI Governance, and currently completing her Executive MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with a focus on AI Product Management.
Beyond her corporate work, Amanda teaches contract drafting and negotiation as an adjunct professor at several Minnesota law schools and is deeply engaged in diversity and equity initiatives. She has served on the boards of the Minnesota Compensation Council, Minnesota Women Lawyers, and the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers including co-founded the MABL Pathways Program, a mentorship and pipeline initiative for Black law students, and is a two-time Minnesota Lawyer Attorney of the Year for her DEI contributions.
