Alex Bollman is an Associate Attorney at Cummins & Cummins, LLP. She fights for fairness and equality in the workplace by representing labor unions and workers in both litigation and strategic counseling matters. She also assists individual employees in cases of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. Alex is a proud member of Minnesota Women Lawyers and is an active participant in the association’s Student to Attorney Mentorship Program and Publications Committee. Before joining Cummins & Cummins, she worked in the field of employment immigration law at several Minneapolis-based firms.
