Law School Hires, Promotions & Departures

Arrivals

Haylee Cloutier.
Haylee Cloutier

Haylee Cloutier joined Minnesota Law earlier this year as the experiential and undergraduate program coordinator. She was previously a testing coordinator at the University’s Disability Resource Center. She supports Minnesota Law’s competition teams, judicial field placements, and undergraduate law programs. Cloutier graduated from Coe College in April 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and creative writing. She volunteers for Burnsville Women of Today and serves on their board as a state delegate.

Anne Johnson.
Anne C. Johnson

Anne C. Johnson is the Law School’s new mental health counselor, providing on site counseling, resources, and wellness programming to students. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who received her master’s degree from the University of Minnesota. She formerly worked at Canopy Mental Health & Consulting as a clinical manager for three years. There, she was responsible for building and managing a new outpatient mental health clinic that focused on serving BIPOC and other marginalized communities in the Twin Cities.

Benjamin Keele.
Benjamin Keele

Benjamin Keele joined Minnesota Law as the inaugural scholarly services librarian in January. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the discoverability and impact of scholarship by Minnesota Law faculty. His work includes managing faculty profiles on scholarship platforms, administering the Law School’s SSRN Research Paper Series, and maintaining the Law School’s faculty publications database. Keele also manages the Law School Scholarship Repository, which provides open, global access to scholarship produced by the Law School’s faculty, journals, centers, and institutes. Additionally, he provides research assistance and instruction as a Law Library Reference team member. Keele earned a J.D. from Indiana University Bloomington Maurer School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, and served as editor-in-chief of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. He earned his M.A. in Library Science at Indiana University Bloomington. He previously served as an Associate Director at Indiana University Indianapolis McKinney School of Law Library. He is an editor of Law Library Journal, the preeminent scholarly publication in his field.

Jennifer Arcos Rodriguez.
Jennifer Arcos Rodriguez

Jennifer Arcos Rodriguez joined Minnesota Law as an associate development officer. She previously worked at the nonprofit Common Hope, where she served as the donor engagement & outreach officer. Before that, Rodriguez was a criminal court operations associate for the Hennepin County District Court. She is a proud University of Minnesota-Twin Cities graduate and bilingual in English and Spanish.

Departures

Elliott Gore
Elliott Gore

Elliott Gore left Minnesota Law earlier this year to become the associate director for advancement at the University of Washington College of the Environment. Gore began his time at the Law School as an intern in the Advancement Office in 2019. He was hired full-time as the donor and volunteer relations associate and then promoted as associate development officer in 2021.
