Less than a month into the administration of President Donald J. Trump, there have been an unprecedented number of executive actions and sweeping changes to federal policy announced and implemented.

In this panel discussion, invited experts will share their insights into some of the legal strategies that organizations and movements have advanced to challenge actions deemed inconsistent with the U.S. Constitution and international law and standards or to prevent harms to individuals, communities, and institutions.

The panel will be moderated by Professor Fionnuala Ní Aoláin. Panelists include: Professor Linus Chan; Michele McKenzie (Interim Co-Director, Advocates for Human Rights); and Emily Hutchinson (Vice President of Global Programs, Center for Victims of Torture), and Professor Nicholas Bednar

RSVP required, light lunch will be available.
