Taryn is passionate about building employer partnerships and designing engaging career initiatives. She finds joy in connecting employers with the talent they need to advance their work and creating pathways for students to launch or pivot in their careers. Prior to joining the Career Center, Taryn spent four years as a Career Coach at Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, where she coached graduate business students and contributed to strategic employer engagement efforts. Taryn earned her B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Psychology from The College of St. Scholastica and her M.S. in College Counseling and Student Development from St. Cloud State University. Additionally, Taryn is an MBTI Certified Practitioner and a Certified Professional Resume Writer.
