Robby Dube is a senior associate at Eckland & Blando, where he has a national, complex civil and government litigation practice, as well as a robust transactional practice. He focuses particularly on constitutional rights, APA litigation, factoring and complex financial litigation. He frequently gives CLEs on a variety of topics, has a legal blog called Slingshots, and has testified to the U.S. Congress on issues of national security and critical energy infrastructure.

Robby graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as Law Council President and as Executive Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law. He also served as the Head Writer for the law school musical group T.O.R.T. (Theatre of the Relatively Talentless) and led the Orientation Program as a Program Director. After graduating, Robby clerked for Hawai’i Supreme Court Associate Justice Richard Pollack.
