Rachel Tack is the Assistant General Counsel at Apogee Enterprises, Inc., where she draws on nearly a decade of courtroom experience to shape the company's legal and risk management strategy. Before joining Apogee, Rachel built her career as a litigator in Minneapolis, most recently as a Partner at Zimmerman Reed, LLP, where she led complex civil litigation matters spanning class actions, consumer protection, environmental law, and intellectual property. She earned a reputation as a trusted lead counsel, guiding cases from the earliest stages of investigation through final resolution, and she designed and led a firm-wide associate mentorship program to help develop the next generation of attorneys.
Rachel is excited to bring that same commitment to mentorship into the classroom, where she looks forward to helping the next generation of lawyers sharpen the writing and research skills that will serve them throughout their careers.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota.
