Phil's practice spans global intellectual property dispute resolution, with a focus on key U.S. patent litigation venues. He has successfully represented international businesses in complex IP cases involving antitrust and competition law. His experience extends to obtaining numerous jury verdicts for patent owners, including lost profits verdicts, and often utilizes expert surveys to prove infringement and determine invention value.
Phil also served as an investment manager and legal counsel for a publicly traded litigation finance company. In that role he sourced and invested in high-merit IP litigation claims across the globe.
