Philip Pulitzer is an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental & Natural Resources Division of the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General. Philip's work is primarily litigation on behalf of Minnesota state agencies, including MPCA, DNR, and MDA. Before he joined the Attorney General's Office, Philip worked in-house at Red-on-line and as a litigation associate with Lawson & Weitzen.
