Nicole Dailo Jison serves as Senior Corporate Counsel for Life Time, Inc., managing employment litigation and advising business leaders on employment issues. She previously worked as an employment associate at Nilan Johnson Lewis and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Julia W. Brand in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. In the Twin Cities legal community, Nicole serves as President of the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Board Chair for the Coalition of Asian American Leaders, and an adjunct law professor at the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas. The National Employment Law Council, the premier professional organization for management-side employment attorneys of color, selected Nicole as an Academy Fellow in 2019. Nicole graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2011 and earned her J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law in 2014.
