Nathan Zindikilani is a dynamic legal and policy advocate dedicated to advancing public-interest law and progressive policy development in Zimbabwe. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Honours Degree from Great Zimbabwe University, laying a strong academic foundation for his impactful work.
Nathan is the founder and Executive Director of the Centre for Law & Policy Development (CeLP)—a non-profit think tank that promotes people-centred, and evidence-based approaches to policymaking. He also serves as a Youth Advisor at Ignite Youth Organization and is an attorney with R.S Ncube Attorneys, a corporate law firm based in Zimbabwe.
With extensive experience across local and international non-profit organizations, Nathan has played a leading role in initiatives focused on human rights, youth empowerment, public health, climate action, anti-corruption, and public policy. His expertise and commitment have made him a catalyst for sustainable and inclusive change in his community.
