Josh Newville is a partner at Madia Newville LLC. He litigates employment and civil rights matters, provides corporate advisory services, and serves as a mediator for civil cases.

Newville has successfully litigated high-profile disputes and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. His achievements include winning marriage equality in South Dakota (prior to Obergefell v. Hodges) and securing precedent-setting legal protection for undocumented Minnesotans. He also serves as outside general counsel, officer, and board member at a multi-million dollar manufacturing business.
