Josh Newville is an attorney and mediator. He litigates employment and civil rights cases, serves as a mediator for civil disputes, and provides employment law advice.
Josh has successfully litigated high-profile disputes and obtained favorable recoveries for his clients. His achievements include winning marriage equality in South Dakota and securing precedent-setting legal protection for undocumented Minnesotans. He also serves as outside general counsel, officer, and board member at a multi-state manufacturing business.
As a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral, Josh mediates cases, conducts internal investigations, and resolves workplace disputes. In addition to teaching, he contributes to the legal profession by serving as an ethics investigator and through various court and bar association capacities.
