Jill is the Chief Child Support Magistrate in the state. Her substantial legal experience includes direct client representation, management, teaching, and as a judicial officer. She is active in her community and has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees. Her volunteer legal experience ranges from legal advice sessions to service on Supreme Court boards such as the Committee for Equality and Justice, service on numerous bar association committees, and assistance with charter school compliance issues. Jill's volunteer commitments earned her the 2023 MSBA Award of Professional Excellence. In addition, she is a frequent continuing legal and judicial education presenter on a variety of topics, including judicial demeanor and procedural justice. Jill is both a Certified Court Manager and a Certified Court Executive through the National Center for State Courts.
