Jessica Whitney

Jessica Whitney is a Deputy Attorney General for the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office co-leading the large Consumer Protection Section. Prior to joining the Minnesota Office, Jessica was with the Iowa Attorney General's Office for more than 18 years in the Consumer Protection Division. In 2020, she was appointed the Iowa Deputy Attorney General for Public Protection. She also spent over 7 years as the Director of Consumer Protection and the Administrator of the Iowa Consumer Credit Code for the Iowa Attorney General. Before joining the Iowa Attorney General’s Office, she was a litigation attorney with the Dorsey & Whitney Law Firm in Minneapolis. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and of Grinnell College.
