Elizabeth Kennedy is Legal Counsel for Viking Cloud, Inc., a cybersecurity company headquartered in Chicago that specializes in payment card industry (PCI) compliance and security testing. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial contracting with clients in Viking Cloud's North America and Asia-Pacific markets. Elizabeth has extensive experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents (primarily service, licensing and SaaS agreements) as well as providing legal counsel to internal stakeholders. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota, her Juris Doctorate from Mitchell-Hamline College of Law (formerly Hamline School of Law) and her Masters of Business Administration from Hamline School of Business. Elizabeth is a board member of a 501c3 dog rescue based in California and enjoys hiking with her dogs as well as traveling. Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
