Nina Drabik is an adjunct professor for the law school's Supervised Field Placement courses and a Corporate Attorney with Entrust Corporation, headquartered in Shakopee, Minnesota. At Entrust, Nina supports all aspects of the company’s business including commercial sales, business development, operations, procurement, supply chain, marketing, and corporate governance.
Prior to Entrust, Nina was a corporate and commercial attorney for Lucid Holdings, LLC, later acquired by Cint Group AB, a digital insights company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. For her role supporting the scale of Lucid's business and acquisition by Cint, Nina was honored by Minnesota Lawyer as a 2022 Up & Coming Attorney (Cristina Campo).
Earlier in her career, Nina was in-house counsel at Telefonica Solutions and held a legal internship throughout law school at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises in Miami, Florida. Both of these positions required 100% fluency in Spanish for all legal and business matters.
Nina received a B.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in French & Francophone Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
