Charlotte Higgins is an adjunct and coach for the FBA Thurgood Marshall moot court competition team. She works at the Ramsey County Attorney's Office as a Pathways Fellow in the Victim, Witness and Postconviction Justice division. Charlotte received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota in May 2025. She was an active participant in the moot court program during her time at law school. She won the 1L oral argument competition (Clary Cup), won 3rd overall best oralist at the ABA moot court regional competition, and helped the National Moot Court team finish in the Top 8 at nationals.
