Adam Ballinger is an attorney at Kelley, Wolter & Scott PA and an active member of the bar, as well as professional organizations including the American Bankruptcy Institute. He writes and lectures nationally on bankruptcy-related topics including financial fraud, auditor malpractice, chapter 11 reorganization, and litigation.

In addition bankruptcy administration and litigation, Ballinger also has extensive experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing distressed mergers and acquisitions and other asset transactions, secured debt creation and collateral disposition including public and private sales under Article 9 of the UCC, financial fraud litigation domestically and internationally, auditor malpractice, and bank regulatory matters. He also has significant experience representing and opposing receivers appointed by both state and federal courts.
