Judith Oakes ’69, passed away on September 24 at age 81. She was born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and lived in St. Paul, St. Cloud, and Duluth, where she graduated from Central High School in 1963. She earned her B.A. from Hamline University and then went on to the University of Minnesota Law School, graduating in 1969, one of only four women in her class.
