Join Minnesota Law for a free lunch hour CLE event featuring a lecture and Q and A by Margaret Blair, Professor Emerita at Vanderbilt University Law School. She will lecture on, "Thoughts on Corporate Law and the Problem of Human Capital." Minnesota Law Professor Claire Hill will moderate the subsequent Q and A.

This lunch hour event is in conjunction with the Minnesota Law's Labor and Governance Conference taking place throughout the day on Thursday, June 29 through Friday, June 30, 2023. Event attendees are welcome to engage in the additional panel discussions taking place in the building on either day. 

Those who register to attend will be provided a free lunch.
