Regalia Pick-up for Class of 2025 

Regalia orders for the Class of 2025 will be available for pick-up in Auerbach Commons from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30. If you cannot retrieve your items on April 30, they will be available afterwards through the Career Center.

Student Affairs will also be distributing graduates' name cards (the card handed to faculty presenters when you cross the stage) upon check-in. These should be brought with you to commencement on Saturday, May 17, 2025. 

The last day to order regalia online is Sunday, March 23. Orders placed after this date must be done by contacting Herff Jones directly through email at [email protected] or by phone at 952-447-4449. All late orders will incur a late fee.

Please note, this is rental regalia. You must return the gown and hood following the ceremony in the atrium of Northrop (signage and staff will help direct you to the Herff Jones table). Students can keep their tams (headwear piece). You're welcome to take photos in the regalia from when you pick it up (April 30) to when you return it after commencement (May 17).
