The Dobbs decision upended the legal landscape for reproductive health all over the United States. In this CLE, panelists will survey the current state of litigation, legislation, and policy. They will look at the current landscape of reproductive rights, focusing on newly implemented abortion bans and protections across the country, discuss current litigation over reproductive rights, and look at the ways the Dobbs decision is affecting other areas such as employment law and data privacy. Panelists will also share their insights into what we might expect in the field of reproductive rights in the next few years, particularly with the new presidential administration.
