Transactional Competition Team One Semester: MAC Cup

The MAC Cup is the preeminent  mock negotiation competition and students gain real-world M&A experience! Organized by the ABA Business Law Section M&A Committee.

Preliminary rounds are virtual. The “Final Four” teams will win an expense-paid trip to Laguna Beach, California, to compete for the championship at the ABA M&A Committee’s annual meeting in January.
