Resolving Disputes Out of Court Student Instructors

Students enrolled in this course will serve as Student Instructors (SI) for the Resolving Disputes Out of Court course. The duties of the SIs will include (1) overseeing a simulation group of up to eight students; (2) providing students in their simulation group with feedback on their simulation performances; (3) leading debrief sessions on each simulation exercise; (4) evaluating students in their simulation group to assist the instructor in making grading decisions; (5) leading review sessions for students who want additional help in understanding course material; (6) helping grade quizzes; and (7) assisting the course instructor with classroom management and course administration.
