Law & Psychology

This class will explore issues at the intersection of law and psychology. We will consider both the ways in which psychology contributes to our understanding of law and legal procedure and ways in which psychology is used within the law and legal system. We will explore psychological research on dispute resolution, decision-making, and procedural justice, as well as the role of psychology within particular types and stages of litigation.
