Land Use Planning

This course covers private and public controls of land use and development. Topics for the class include: (a) various land use controls (direct and indirect) at the federal, state, regional and local levels,(b) constitutional limits on land use controls, and (c) public policy goals and issues related to public land use control mechanisms.
