Room Reservation Form

Members of the Law School staff, faculty, and students, please login 25Live using your University Internet ID and password to make reservation requests. 

Non-Minnesota Law University of Minnesota group requests, please complete the form below. Your request will be reviewed and approved/denied on a case by case basis. Please allow at least 2 business days to process requests. Request approval may be delayed until semester class schedules are finalized. 

Reservations for groups outside of the University of Minnesota are not allowed at this time. 

Please refer to our Room Details and Rates page when considering specific rooms to rent for future events.

Please note that requests for general-purpose classroom (Rooms 3, 5, 7, 15, 20, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 65) are managed by the Office of Classroom Management (OCM), and must be submitted through 25Live. Please contact [email protected] with questions about general-purpose classrooms.
