Advanced Legal Research

Limited enrollment seminar (30 students) emphasizing efficient and cost-effective legal research strategies and practical use of secondary source materials, administrative law materials, legislative materials, and legal/non-legal databases. Students will be expected to complete short research problems and produce a final course project describing their research strategies on a complex legal issue of their choosing. Attendance is required. This course satisfies the senior writing requirement.
