Moot Court Competition Team: National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Competition

A national competition that focuses on environmental and energy law. The team is coached by two local experts in energy and environmental law. One of the coaches also teaches the Environmental Moot Court course. Additional local attorneys that specialize in environmental and energy law serve as guest judges during oral argument practices.

All competitors travel to West Virginia in early March for the competition, which is judged by both local and national experts on energy and environmental law.
