Professor William McGeveran was quoted by Bloomberg Law on the Supreme Court's decision to accept a case regarding a trademark application for "Trump Too Small". The case is a part of the US Patent and Trademark Office's bid to bar against registering trademarks that identify living individuals without their consent.
