Prof. McGeveran Testifies on Internet Privacy at Minnesota Legislature 

Professor William McGeveran testified Tuesday before Minnesota’s Legislative Commission on Data Practices, composed of bipartisan members of the state’s House of Representatives and Senate. He was invited by the Commission to discuss existing and proposed state law concerning the handling of personal data by internet service providers and to respond to questions from Commission members.
