Prof. Stein (’61) Quoted in ABA Journal About Late Janet Reno

Professor Robert Stein (’61), former executive director and chief operating officer of the American Bar Association, was quoted in the ABA Journal about Attorney General Janet Reno, who passed away on November 7, 2016. “Reno was a great attorney general and ahead of her time in thinking about issues that continue to be current legal challenges,” said Prof. Stein. “I recall talking with her about the many issues in maintaining a fair and equitable immigration program, and she was way ahead of her time in raising difficult issues of cyber crime back in the 1990s.”
