Prof. Vaaler Speaks on WCCO TV on Target Lay-Off of 275 IT Workers

Professor Paul Vaaler was interviewed by WCCO TV's Kate Raddatz for commentary on Target's September 1, 2015, announcement that it was laying off 235 information technology project managers and analysts in Minneapolis and another 40 in Bangalore, India.
