Prof. McGeveran Quoted in Time on Facebook Threats Case

Professor William McGeveran was interviewed for a Time.com article about a Supreme Court case involving Facebook, violent rap lyrics, and free speech. McGeveran explained that the Court might have to reexamine whether "true threats," which are unprotected by the First Amendment, should be judged from the perspective of the person who wrote a Facebook post or someone who read it.
