Prof. Kirtley's Op-Ed on Ventura Libel Case Published by MinnPost

Professor Jane Kirtley's op-ed about the Jesse Ventura libel case appeared in MinnPost. Kirtley observed that Ventura's 8-2 victory was "a sobering way to mark the 50th anniversary of New York Times v. Sullivan." Kirtley made numerous media appearances to discuss the case during the pendancy of the verdict, including a KSTP rountable, a KSTP interview, on KARE11, on WCCO (TV and radio), as well as in the Star Tribune.
