Prof. McGeveran Interviewed by Bloomberg Radio on LinkedIn Privacy Suit

Professor William McGeveran was a guest on Bloomberg Radio's weekly legal program, "Bloomberg Law," where he discussed a privacy lawsuit against LinkedIn. The suit, which recently survived a motion to dismiss, challenges the social networking site's practice of sending multiple invitation emails to addresses obtained from users' contact lists.
