Prof. Kirtley Speaks on Global Privacy at PLI Conference
Professor Jane Kirtley was the principal speaker on "Global Privacy and Advertising Developments" at the Practising Law Institute's Communications Law in the Digital Age conference in New York. Kirtley's comprehensive outline, which was prepared with the assistance of several Minnesota Law School students and recent graduates, including current student Alex Vlisides ('15), was published in the conference handbook. While in New York, Kirtley also conducted a workshop on legal ethics and social media for students at the Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic at Yale Law School.
