Professor Jane Kirtley was quoted in a MinnPost.com story about Sen. Amy Klobuchar's bill to compel the U.S. Supreme Court to allow video cameras to cover oral arguments. Kirtley observed that "time is on the side of getting cameras in there," but that Congress cannot force the high court to allow them.
