Prof. Kirtley Speaks on "Privacy Protection, Safety and Security"

Professor Jane Kirtley was the principal speaker on the topic "Privacy Protection, Safety and Security" at the Practising Law Institute's Communications Law in the Digital Age 2009 conference in New York. Assisted by Cary Snyder, a Silha Center research assistant and 2L, she also prepared a 94-page outline on current legal issues which was published in the course handbook.
