Prof. Kirtley Quoted in Editorial on Federal Shield Law

Professor Jane Kirtley was quoted in an editorial published in the Minneapolis Star Tribune on supporting passage of a federal reporter's shield law. Discussing the challenge of balancing protection of sources and national security, she said, "In a post-9/11 environment, there are legitimate concerns. Journalists do not take that lightly."
