University of Minnesota Law School Hosts Preview of 2024-25 U.S. Supreme Court Cases

Earlier this month, the University of Minnesota Law School held a panel discussion in front of a full auditorium of students, faculty, and staff to preview some of the cases expected to be heard during the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2024-25 term. Panelists included Professor Nadia Anguiano ’17, director of the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic, the Honorable Elizabeth G. Bentley, Minnesota Court of Appeals; Professor Kristin Hickman, associate dean for research and intellectual life and Distinguished McKnight University Professor; and Professor Alan Rozenshtein, associate professor of law, who moderated the discussion.
