Executive Director of The Robina Institute, Kelly Lyn Mitchell, was interviewed by Minnesota Reformer for an article about Minnesota's COVID-19 prison releases. The article focuses on the story of one male prisoner set to return to prison on August 15^th  after previously receiving a COVID-19 medical release.
