Prof. Cotter Speaks at FTC Hearing on Innovation and IP Policy

The Federal Trade Commission is in the process of holding a series of Hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century. During the fourth round of hearings on October 23-24, Professor Tom Cotter participated in a panel on Innovation and IP Policy, noting among other things that patents can serve different purposes in different industries.
